:cool1: For Mickey Mail! I noticed a discount in there for the spas :cloud9:. I've mentioned it to DH, but I don't know if we will be able to swing it. If so, DS will go to his Uncle and Grandma's room while DH and I go to the spa. I would love for my mom to go, but I haven't been able to convince her to go to one with me.

Interesting. I just got an ad for MVMCP.

Accuweather's forcast always changes as you get closer to the date. So what we see now, will most probably change. I used to use the site a lot during the summer, but not anymore. For example, Accuweather would predict rain for the entire next week, but as we got closer, it would change to sunny.

But I would be happy if the temps were in the 70's. That's comfortable for me.

Yeah, Im just looking at it for general low temps. It's useless for individual days or precip. It's fun to see my days get closer though. ;)

Hi everyone!

23 DAYS FOR US!!! :dance3::dance3:

We're buying our park hoppers tonight (yea, should've done that two nights ago) but for sure this evening...

Will buy some jeans this weekend for our trip (I've lost 15lbs since mid-August, so really looking forward to buying a smaller size)!

oh, and I may have mentioned to DBF that WDW and Cinderella's Castle is the #1 proposal place in the US... :rolleyes1

LOL, our trip will be here soooo soon!:yay::yay:

Seems a lot closer now, doesn't it? We're 22 days today and after what we've experienced we are really in need of this vacation!

Congrats on losing the weight! Doesn't it feel great when you can get into a smaller size? DH has been losing steadily now since his endocrinologist put him on an injection (similar to his insulin) to help him curb his appetite. He's lost over 10 pounds so far and told me this morning that he needs to get smaller pants this weekend. His current ones are getting too big on him!

Good for you re: the smaller size...such a an accomplishment and feels so good to shop for them!:thumbsup2 Sounds like you have some great plans! I had to laugh about the castle and proposals because our kids are hinting to DBF that it would a great place to propose?:rolleyes1 We'll be at the MVMCP 12/11/12 which ends at 12am on 12/12/12...how crazy would that be??:cloud9:

Ooo! ;) I think a proposal in WDW would be so awesome! I want to renew our vows there one day. :)

I got a little coupon holder for our trip- maybe I will start printing everything out for if. Only $2 at Walmart bc of clearance!

Spa=wonderful! I have two separate visits! My friend canceled on me and I scheduled it to go alone!

Do you have to pay up front or do you pay the day of your appointment? Also, which one/ones are you going to?

Ahhh...ok, that would be good! :thumbsup2 Any particular day that you are thinking that they will do that?

We will be there on the 9th - its late EMH (I schedule all my park days around late EMH ... my motto is don't avoid, embrace :teeth: )

I am going to Saratoga Springs both times. You pay after you receive the service :) I think the cancellation policy is 4 hours. I think the website is relaxedyet.com. I went there last year and it was great!

It is fun! It also means that it's that much more exciting...getting closer!!

I just need to get DBF on board with it...and it will be so magical! He has made more than one comment that I could have had quite a ring for Christmas, had we not planned this trip! I keep telling him that I would MUCH rather have a family vacation for all of us than a peice of jewelry!:scared1: Crazy...but, so true!!!

I got a little coupon holder for our trip- maybe I will start printing everything out for if. Only $2 at Walmart bc of clearance!
What a great idea! I am starting to get overwhelmed by all the things I need to remember to print! Thanks for the tip!

I'm also saving emails of ADRs on my phone and I have saved my vacation "plan" as a PDF to my phone.

I agree on the family vacation as well :)

Love sneaky kids!!!!:rolleyes1 And yes, they do! This wouldn't be the first scheme they have all concocted...especially our middle two...little ninjas!

There are already EMH for that day...are you thinking they will add another PM EMH at HS? or another Fantasmic?

Does anyone have Veterans Day off except the federal govt? I send to work for the VA and I loved getting this day off because schools were in session, so it was a day just for me.

Anyway, I wouldn't think Disney has it off. But it might just be too early. They generally release around the Mid month. But it seems to me it's generally earlier rather than later. But who knows.

I think that I've finally worked out a rough plan for our DHS day (Dec. 9). It was challenging because I didn't know how long to allocate for JTA sign-up, what FP return time would be for TSMM, what time our JTA show will be or if we'll even get one, etc. Not to mention all the different shows. DH and I are not really ride people (DH will have to get a prescription for motion sickness before me go) so my plan is kid-centric. It's pretty loose, too, because I'm anticipating that a certain Star Wars-obsessed 4 year old is going to want to ride Star Tour multiple times.

Now I just need to convince DS4 that Star Tours is not our first priority (although we will ride before lunch) and explain to DH what a fastpass is. :rotfl: Wish me luck on both of those!

A proposal doesn't have to mean jewelry. I got a computer for my engagement. That computer launched my career, so I think it worked out pretty well. :)

Of course it doesn't! If was to propose at the castle...or at any point during the week, I'd be the happiest girl in the world...Disneyworld!:cloud9: I just want a picture, of it!:rotfl:

If they extend opening hours at DHS then there will be a second showing of Fantasmic at 8pm - at the moment I have my schedule sorted around a 6.30 showing with dinner after, I would rather have dinner earlier and see the 8pm showing :)

I would love to have another Fantasmic show added during our days but don't think the volume that early in Dec would call for it. Maybe on parade taping days though - that Sunday would be ideal!

The smaller size is awesome! My 14 year old however is not happy I'm wearing her jeans... :confused3 go figure? You don't want mom looking like you? LOL... but in all fairness, I've always been a slender person. I've just started working out more consistently with DBF and the toning up is what's making the size change. I'm thinner now than I was in college but had a way better um chest back then... I tell my girls they've taken the best of me! LOL... ;)

That would sooo amazing if you got a proposal on 12/12/12 at 12!

Do you watch Modern Family? This last episode with Cam and his fat jeans reminds me so much of my jean shopping experience. As much as I love the idea of shopping for smaller clothes, I feel like I need to maintain this newer size for at least a few months before I invest in clothes. I'm too scared at getting rid of my older stuff. Good for your husband to drop the weight!

Let me just say, DO NOT venture into the Planning Our Happily Ever After area of this forum... some of the wedding journals and vow renewals people have at WDW are really amazing! As much as I would love to marry at WDW, I don't think that would fit me and DBF but Disney Fairytale Weddings does do some great work! princess:
