PART FIVE!! *December 2012 Roll Call* Holidays, FLE & MVMCP!! A very, merry thread!

Good morning everyone! I hope all those traveling are having a great time :-)

I'd be really bummed about being back already if I wasn't so busy! Work is crazy this week and we still need to decorate inside our house, bake cookies & finish off our shopping. It's just as well though, as I can feel the PDD creeping around the edges of my consciousness ;)

Have a good day!

Plan another trip ASAP! That's the only known cure for PDD!!! :lmao:

Haha me too... I'm starting to plan our next trips... We don't even know when we are getting a tree though! My DH really screwed with our plans prior to vacation... I wish the tree farm was open during the week or that my DH had a Friday off instead of Thursday....

Eh, don't feel too bad. At the rate I'm getting things done our tree will get put up on the 23rd and I'm going to have to take it down on the 26th since I'll be spending the rest of Christmas break in St. Louis with my parents.

DD still isn't feeling the greatest. :( If no improvement today, I am going to take her to the dr. I am just hoping she doesn't pass it onto her sisters!
I am feeling overwhelmed with all that I still have left to do (packing, shirts, cleaning). ...... On the bright side, dh had his 4th interview for a job and he got the job yesterday! :cool1:Now to just negotiate the pay with HR and we'll be ready to rock n roll! :) It is so nice to not have to worry about whether or not he'll have a job when we get back from vacation.

So sorry to hear your DD is still under the weather. I'm beginning to think everyone on our roll call is going to get sick before Christmas! Congrats on hubby's new job! That's a great bit of Disney magic BEFORE your vacation! :dance3:

Car is out of shop and final bill was ZERO! The part was covered under the 100,000 warranty thankfully. 11 days til we leave! Now to keep everyone well.

Yay for a fixed and free car!!

I'm all ready to go. But we don't leave until Thursday. Longest. Days. Ever.

I am so not ready, but I agree this will be the longest week ever. I have told DH the last few days, lets just go today. But he hasnt gone for it.

Insert evil grin....

I mentioned that I would like to check out the "illuminate vacation" at the Swolphin in July....

Nice job!!

Do you know if the LM ride is exactly the same as the one in DL?

I have heard the ride is the same, but the queue is very different and better on this one.

Goals for today:
Get scrapbook done or at least really close
Go through clothes and see what I really have
Pack toiletries and extra stuff
Decide on park bag and carry on
Paint nails red with white dots and decide if I like it

I need to make goals, too!!!

Today
- Go to Target for socks, leggings, and maybe a purse.
- Eat.
- Pack clothes, toiletries, and other stuff in big suitcase.
- Pack a change of clothes, some toiletries, and stuff to entertainment stuff for the plane in carry-on.
- Organize toiletries that I'll need to use again in the morning.
- Sleep!

Tomorrow
- Go to work early.
- Leave work.
- Go to Disney World!!!

Ok so I found the photopass code! Totally forgot about the cd they sent!!

Now all I need is pics from DHs phone and I can start on my photobook....

Weather has been... Weather. Rainy last night. Foggy this morning, now sunny. 70ish.

The coconut & chocolate creme brûlée at Narcoossee's is heavenly.

On the monorail to Epcot. BBL!!!

Yay for the zero balance! I'm a true believer in warranty's and purchasing the extended warranty if I can.

That's what we had this past week too hovering close to the -30 with windchill! We had a high of -4 today though, felt like spring! Can't wait to get out of this weather for a few weeks even if it's rain!

See, this whole negative degrees garbage is just craziness... We had a freeze last night (got down to 30) and we're acting like the blizzard of the north is coming! We're Texans though, we don't do cold... all I know is the only hyphens that should come before a number should be the ones of a phone number... :thumbsup2

I can't believe my vacation is over! Whaaa!!! lol In the elevator getting ready to check out, I asked DH if I could go ahead and plan our next Disney trip! LOL He said "No." :( hahaha

Your kids will love CM- they are a perfect age. My sons still talk about that meal after five years. Have fun!

Two weeks from now, my kids will be waking up and opening gifts from Santa. We will then be getting ready to go to RD at DHS- Toy Story Mania here we come. :lovestruc :santa:

I can't wait to tell them...we have kept it a secret for 18 months, and we are telling them after school on 12-21-12, then we are immediately hopping in the car and starting the drive :cool1:

That is so awesome! Their going to be in shocked!

My DH is actually looking forward to our next trip.... He is a reformed Disney hater... :D We talked on the phone today about firming up the dates for our October trip AND our Jan 14 trip!!! Yaaaay!!! So there is always hope, this was the first year he was like that. We even talked about adding on to our DVC membership with small contracts.... pixiedust:

Evening packing DH & I clothes

Our weather was in the 70's mostly with a few warm days. In the MK on the warm days I wouldn't have minded shorts but was very comfortable in capris, t's and tank tops. My 2 girls wore shorts and sundress and at night we sometimes put them in capris and a hoodie.... The mornings seemed cooler at first but as soon as the fog burned off it was warm, and I would suggest the extra hoodie/sweater layer for at night if it does get cooler or breezy (which Epcot seemed to be almost everynight we were there)

When you were at Epcot, did you notice if the Candlelight Processional was crowded? I am trying to decide whether or not to get the dining package. Any opinions?

We did the CP on Sat 12/8. We had a dining package for the 6:45 show. For our show, very few people from the standby line got in.
