Well, Mickey is even helping me take care of my poor pup. She got her cast off today and everything is going well (whew). Staples come out the day before we leave! Anyway, I had run out of turkey (finally!) that I was using to hide her giant pills in, cheese won't work fool her any more, and I looked in the freezer and found a bag of Mickey Head chicken nuggets! Yay Mickey! She gulped them all right down.
Yep, it worked. I gave the checkout lady the GC and coupon, and she handed me a $10 Target gift card. I paid with the Red Card, checked the receipt and the GC was $48.00.Please let me know if it does. I was just at target last night but I will gladly go back if the coupon works! I got dh the yoda holiday shirt as well as a jack skellington shirt. And they were on sale!
They're going to be pretty tired of me after I go down to the desk at the YC and say, "Hey, can you please put these 20 GC on my account?" But, for 24% off everything we eat and buy, I'm willing to do it. That's what I do, as well. Lots of times I'll park it in an area where we're going to be in & out of places and I just don't want to deal with it. But it made a HUGE difference for me, once I got over having to rent one in the first place.

After I BRIEFLY considered rearranging ALL of our plans to get a ressie at the dessert party on 12/14/12, I called WDW and inquired about doing a dessert party on 12/10 or 12/11. Actually, I had to tell the women on the phone, that YES, you CAN make dessert party ressies on MVMCP nights. She told me you could not...and then realized she was wrong. When she told me there was nothing available for the dates we will be at MK. She offered a Wishes cruise...there is still availability for that. I then asked about the Illuminations cruise. There is no availability right now but, she said to keep checking in case there is a cancellation. I did go to the thread about sharing a cruise...most people on that thread seemed to be "selling" themselves as "adult couples"...I don't think I would seem too appealling to be a party of 6, that includes 3 teens and a tween!But, still hoping to do one of those things.
I will go back to running...and I will stop eating cookies for breakfast...and I will stop dreaming of cinnamon rolls and cupcakes...

The cost for the 6 of us for the Wishes cruise cost $292...but, I figured we could just watch from inside MK...and we wouldn't leave the Christmas party to book a cruise. So, I didn't think that was something we'd want to spend so much extra $$$. I'd rather spend the $$$ on the dessert party.I didn't even think of a Wishes cruise! What do they cost? Maybe for the next trip we could do that.
I'd love to go back to dance class but I just can justify the $135 for 10 weeks. I gained 30 pounds since I started dating DBF. Maybe I'll go to yoga and pilates. I have to stop eating the cupcakes and chocolate, and the beer doesn't help either.
We should wear whatever we want next week. Bikinis all around. It was warm when I left this morning. Now it's really cold and windy. Even if it's high 60's that better than the 39 we have here in NYC right now.

The Mickey Head nuggets are from Costco. DH bought them, kind of surprised me. He may be looking forward to this trip more than anyone!

My hotel ressie puzzle has finally been completed!! We only decided a few weeks ago to visit over Xmas/New Years week and as a result we had to piece a DVC reservation together over 3 DVC hotels + 1 offsite. I have been slowly whittling away at the reservation trying to limit the # of check ins/out.
I am so happy to say that the final piece fell into place today and we are now at AKV Jambo for the entire time!! We managed to get a Value Studio from Dec 25-29 and a Standard from 29-Jan 6.
I have also been trying to nail down my ADRs as well. I have been frantically searching the reservation site trying to find some good ones as they pop up. Once the site is back up, I am hoping to post my ADRs so far and get your advice to see if you all can recommend any changes.

I have exhausted every avenue - he is posted on 7 websites dedicated to Lost/Found pets, he's on craigslist, notices at all shelters & vets in the area, posters out ...... and we have driven miles looking for 'Lost Dog' signs. Nothing.
