How about this for security...

http://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/Man-Boards-SD-Plane-Without-Ticket-155528895.html

A man released from jail on Memorial Day wound up boarding a San Diego plane without a ticket on Tuesday morning, Harbor Police said.

United Airlines flight 6323 was bound for Los Angeles from San Diego International Airport when flight attendants counted an extra passenger aboard the plane.

Not that I'm bashing the TSA, but do I really need to bother with that security machine? :lmao: The best(sarcastic)/worst part is that all of the passengers were forced to deplane and go through security again!!! Gotta love over reaction.

Welll for once I totally agree TSA screwed up with this!

But I sure don't consider it a over reaction to recheck everyone....this could have been a diversion.....others could have been involved..........I would much rather they do everything possible to be sure nothing else was going on!

Is it possible that he could've gotten to the emergency door without going through security? I know you're pretty limited with regards to where you can go in an airport before you'd have to go through security, but if it was possible, would it have been TSA's fault? I mean, wouldn't that be more of an airport security issue than a TSA issue? (Although, of course, if he did manage to get past the screening area without actually being screened, then yes, TSA definitely is responsible.)
