I tried both at my tasting session and actually decided on the parmesan crusted chicken w/ marsala Sauce. There are pictures of both in my planning journal. The marsala was very good, but seemed a bit too predictable, the parmesan crusted chicken was more unique. I ate my entire plate of the parmesan crusted chicken and cant wait to have it at the wedding. I can repost the pics if you want.
