Parmesan crusted chicken vs. Chicken Marsala- Please advise :)

Hi everyone!

I need help, so unsure about these two. I've heard good and bad reviews, have any of you tasted them? And which is your fav?

We had the chicken marsala at our wedding, it was very good. We didn't taste the parmesan crusted but I heard that is good as well. We were very happy with the marsala, in additoin to that we had Mahi Mahi piccatta (Excellent) and beef tenderlion carving station for our meats.

I tried both at my tasting session and actually decided on the parmesan crusted chicken w/ marsala Sauce. There are pictures of both in my planning journal. The marsala was very good, but seemed a bit too predictable, the parmesan crusted chicken was more unique. I ate my entire plate of the parmesan crusted chicken and can’t wait to have it at the wedding. I can repost the pics if you want.

I think that sounds like a good compromise! I've never tasted either but I am a huge fan of chicken marsala. That being said, I probably would have gone with the parm crusted chicken to have something a little different. It sounds so yummy! The idea of pairing it with marsala sauce sounds heavenly!!!

Those pics make me want to upgrade to a custom just so I can have a food tasting!!

No problem. The chocolate covered strawberries were also amazing. We're having 1 served w/ each piece of cake.
