Parkway International??

It is an Island One Resort and looks pretty nice - https://www.islandone.com/ior/parkway.html

We will be going in January and they have a deal going - Four Days/Three Nights in a 2BED/2BATH condo for $279, with additional nights got $89. Great deal in my opinion!

I just have a couple of questions...

Are the rooms big enough for 6 people? They look pretty spacious. Are they are in ok condition? What services does this place have?

The pool is outdoor, correct? What is it like swimming in January - can you??

Thanks so much, I've been looking for a 2BED/2BATH and this is the only reasonly priced place I could find!

Stayed there this past winter.

Six will be a tight squeeze. Master has a king. Second has two singles as I recall - that brings you to 4 people. Can't remember if the sofa folds out...

Pool is outdoor and a basic pool. January can be great weather or can be very cold (for Florida). You should ask if pool is heated year round.

Rooms are nice. This is a slightly older resort.

Have you tried checking on skyauction.com for rooms around that time?

If you can, look for a weekly rental deal on skyauction or rent a week from an owner in the classifieds on TUG. Nearly all timeshare resorts in the Orlando area have double or queen sleeper sofas in the LR. The 2BR units at Parkway sleep 6.

Nearly all timeshare resorts in FL will have heated pools as well so you could swim if you get warm enough weather. January could have very cold days for a short stretch or you could be fortunate to have afternoon highs up into the upper 70's or even low 80's - okay for most northerners to swim in a heated pool.
