Do you think there is a crowd difference between 2nd and 3rd week of August? I can't do the last week, which is my preferred, so I'm wondering if there if a pro/con to the weeks before that.

Third week is lighter crowds according to all the crowd calendars. It’s our usual week. It is the start of Halloween parties, which makes MK fireworks on non-party nights really crowded. I highly recommend hoppers to make the most of that week.

Unfortunately, my youngest had to bail on the trip due to work. In the meantime, I just made a payment and noticed that the water park hours are posted and day 1 of our trip hours are available. My sister had to make reservations due to her type of ticket, so it is showing that park's hours for us. So exciting that it is getting closer for all of us!

I was able to get everything. There were even Space 220 Lounge spots for four at 60+6. It's only my fourth time through ADRs since just before COVID, but it's by far the easiest.

I'd certainly never do the prix fixe, but the lounge was fun enough. For me it was one-and-done, but the kids (one teen, one still 'child') both wanted it back on the rotation. We have different opinions than most on how to do Disney restaurants. We figure no matter how nice the meal is, the food itself will never be good value-for-money, so we only pay for experiences we can't get elsewhere. You can get three menus to order from when in the lounge: The bar, the lounge, and the prix-fix. The bar menu has a lot of flexibility. Tables are tiny in the lounge, and the forks like to slide.

we did the lunch meal in January and definitely enjoyed it. Atmosphere was really cool and the appetizers and steak were excellent. I don’t think we would rush back given the cost, but I would definitely recommend if you have not done it.

There was 1 open slot for the lounge so I grabbed it!
There are so many other places we like to spend our money on. I also grabbed the fireworks dinner at Rose and crown..

We have decided to give Space 220 a try finally. It wasn't on our original list this trip, but we want to at least try it one time. We are going to try for dinner and use it as our rest time before the After Hours start. The cost of it I am sure this will be a one and done for us.

My booking opened today. As a solo traveller, I wasn't worried about booking any restaurants. I enjoy thr freedom that comes when I get to travel solo . However, I was able to get Space 220 Lounge and Geo-82 lounge. Super happy as really didn't expect to be able to get either!

It's hard to believe my booking window opens tomorrow! Still have no idea where we are booking but somewhere since we have the dining plan! LOL! I need to talk to my DH tonight.

My ADR window opened today and I did get 2 reservations but am so overwhelmed (or maybe underwhelmed?) this time around. It is so weird as I am such a planner (as I was already planning this trip something like 400 days out!! LOL!).

I think *gasp* I'm going to wing the rest. Hopefully I won't get too stressed about about attempting that! There just seems to be a lot of competing factors with the make-up of the group that I'm sure it will work out one way or another. We aren't trying to get anything too complicated (like Space 220 or CRT).

ADR opens tomorrow for us. We aren't big TS people so I'm not exactly sure what we will do (plus we have free QS dining). We had planned on doing Woody's Roundup but we went last visit and honestly not sure we want to return for that much. Boma breakfast is at the top of our list but that's pretty easy to get. We wanted to add another TS on but I'm honestly not exactly sure what.

That's a bit funny as AK & EP were where I was struggling! I have a reservation for Diamond Horseshoe Review for MK and Sci-Fi for HS but the other 2 parks just made me go "hmm" and frankly, I'm 99.9% sure we aren't spending all day at Animal Kingdom (none of my family cares about Pandora at all and basically other than going on Safari and the shows/checking out the animal trails), that's all we plan on doing. So, I wanted to leave things more open for that day as perhaps we will eat dinner at a resort or Disney Springs or who knows.

My ADR window has been open for a couple of days... and everything's wide open. There have been some disagreements as to when to go to what. The only thing I have down now is that we're going to go to Regal Eagle on 8/13 for lunch before our H2O Glow night.

We did Space 220 last time, so likely not going to try again, and my 18 year old can't get into the new lounge, so not bothering to try that.

We've been a few times and its always been great. If it were me and it was an epcot day id try for topolinos for only a couple bucks more it's much better food.
