Parks Game! Part 9! Keep Playing! Because If You Don't...You'll Be Sorry!

Hey RU - is "The Dump" the area around Splash that smells like a dump? Don't know if "the Dump" is a CM term or not. Just a guess! :)

Okay MickeyBabe, I'm a cleanin'. Thought I had enough cleaning up to do after Isabel gave us a visit!

First off a set of AAQs to RU42 and 1HourAway for identifying the streets of the UK Pavilion:
High Street (where the Rose & Crown Pub is located)
Tudor Lane (the main drag where most of the shops are)
Upper Regency St. (the shops that face the Gazebo are here)
Lower Regency St. (the Gazebo and flower garden on this street)

And another AAQ to RU42 for correctly naming the shop (The Toy Soldier) that's at the corner of Tudor Ln and Upper Regency St.

As far as what the two restaurants have in common, it's not the food or menu or kitchen or ovens or chef or awning or anything outside. Whenever someone asks me for advice about visiting WDW, I always tell them not to forget to look up!
For those of you have not seen PhilarMagic yet, when you do make sure you look up in the exit gift shop. It is beautiful!

Okay MBabe! Am I out of the woods yet?

JamesD - I know that there are Christmas lights in MM - is that it?

Oh wait - how about a painted "sky" ceiling?

Thanks for the cards JamesD

CLUE on - What is the Dump and where can you find it. Well, you can get dentures nearby.

RU

RU42...is The Dump featured on one of the windows on Main Street in MK??

James... I like marty's answer, it sounds good to me :p I'll second marty!

RU.... I havn't a clue on the dump, let me guess, near a place with dentures, Frontierland somewhere?

I'll toss out an evening softball....

Where in the MK can you find mermaids?

:smooth:

Okay, nobody has gotten the restaurant question correct yet, but marty is on the right track as far as lights are concerned.
Just curious, have any of you actually eaten at Spoodles or Mama Melrose's before? We just ate at both places last trip.

Do they have skylights?

I have eaten at MM a few times - it's actually one of my favorite WDW restaurants - love the Pizza!

marty.... Yes Ariels is one of the MK mermaid sightings :p.... One more to go...

Keep guessing...

:p

James.... No we haven't eaten at either...yet! DD loves spaghetti so we are destined to go sooner or later ;)

Granny... You found the other mermaids :)

Sea shell AAQ cards to marty and Granny :Pinkbounc

:p

I'll use that AAQ and ask the following softball...

Name the WDW attractions/ areas that cannot be reached on foot. (Bonus AAQ if you name the method of transportation).

marty... A tram to the Backlot Tour, A Jeeplike truck bus thingy to the Kilamanjaro Safari?

Am I on the right track?

marty... you seem to be here late often. Are you one of our central or west coast players, or just a night owl like me? :p

the backlot tour (or more accurately Catastrophe Canyon) was one I was thinking of. I think of KS more as an attraction by itself which you can walk up to.

There are 2 more that I was thinking of specifically.

just a night owl - I tend to get more work done after the kids go to sleep - this is when I'm usually in e-mail, etc... And of course, the more important things - like the parks game!!

marty.... Uh.... another stab in the dark... the WDWRR?

Marty.... I know what you mean, I am addicted to my evening time after everyone goes to bed. :) How many kiddies do you have? I have a DD and a DS :)

Hmmm - ok - I probably shouldn't of used the word "attraction" - think "areas". (and as a hint - your last 2 guesses are in the right parks).

I have 2 DS - the older of which is constantly asking me when we're going back to WDW! Yawn... I think it's time for me to call it a night. Good Night!

marty... Rafiki's planet watch... a train ride ;)

:smooth:

My DD can't believe peaopl actually go to Florida with out going to Disney... as we alway's say "They just don't get it" :p...Good Night.

That's one of them! One more.

and I'm really going to bed now - good night! :)
