Parks Game! Part 7.1! Come On...Keep Playing...You Know You Want To!

Hi everyone. :) Are there any questions out there? I just read thru the last few pages, but most evreything seems to have been answered. I think... I may have missed something. Oh wait... the last location of Ariel. Ummmmm...... I'll say an obviously wrong answer..... there's a Hidden Ariel in MuppetVision. :p

OK, I'll dust of and AAQ while we wait for the feathers to settle on the last question.

What country/countries got added to the World Showcase after Epcot was already open?

Whew - i have no clue but I'll make a stab at Norway.... i do know that the international gateway opened after - does that count (yeah right!!!) I like this game..... thanks for letting me play:bounce: :bounce:

I'll say Italy was the country. (I'm not even sure if Italy is part of the world showcase):D
Edited to say: Welcome coli!!! I hope you enjoy the game.

mlcar....so nice to see you back here. And I think you're right, since Morocco didn't open until 1984! So I'll second that astute answer!

And welcome to coli...always great to have a new player. Especially one with a short user name that we don't have to abbreviate! :teeth: Seriously, stick around and play the game...it's been here for over 1 1/2 years now! :)

Hey....sorry I ran away...had to play softball :) (and we lost...)

But AAQs to everyone who answered Cranium Command...you see Ariel briefly in the preshow...

Anyway...I'll second Granny and ml...I think it was Morocco which was the first one added...

Oh well...gotta run...have a good night :)

The correct answers: Norway and Morocco. So, hand me your AAQ passports and I'll stamp them and write a few cheerful words in my native language:smooth:

Music, the universal language. :p

Actually, English. I tried to think of a more clever answer, but failed. I could stammer out a few stilted sentences in several others...

 mclar... nice to see you here, it's been far to long :).

Here is an evening question for our late night Players and lurkers, jump in if you know this one ;)

What pyrotechnic display is seen in each of the WDW parks each evening?

:bounce: Welcome coli.... It is nice to see new faces here in the CC. Feel free to join in the fun.

:)

Ummmmm, fireworks?

Tomorrow I'm heading down to South Carolina for a week so I'll be out of the CC. If someone feed the Tumbleweeds while I'm gone that would be great. They seem to know you Higgs.

Ha ha Distriv.... Name the fireworks displays ;).

:smooth:

South Carolina for a week? :p For vacation, work or golf? ;) Have a great time. And I'm sure your tumbleweeds will be well taken care of :p

MBabe, you wanted the names! How odd;). Ok, Sorcery in the Sky, Illuminations, and Fantasy in the Sky.

I'm heading South for family, fun, and golf.

Well, I'm going to bed. I have to drive to the Atlantic City Airport for a 9:00 AM flight. See everyone next week:teeth:

Distriv... you are correct :p

Well Distriv, I guess you can take your AAQ card with you and think of a nice question for your return... Have fun :)

:D

Good morning all!

MBabe....I know we all dread a visit from the Black Monorail containing the Parks Game Semantics Police, but wouldn't you say that Fantasmic has a pyrotechnic display? :p

And I'll toss out an early morning question:

According to the large sign on the side of the Main Railroad Station facing the outside of the park, what is the population and elevation of the Magic Kingdom?

ARGH!! I was working on my scrapbook just this weekend and I put a picture of that in my scrapbook! (I also thought it would make a great question, but you beat me too it). Alas, I'm at work, don't have my scrapbook, and my memory is shot. So I'm just going to blind guess the population is 350,000 and the elevation is 30,000 ft

Hi Karen! You are too low on the population, and too high on the elevation! :)

I had seen the sign before, but never had noticed the population and elevation numbers. Of course, it immediately went into my "gotta ask that one" file in the brain! :p

Is the population a million smiles...:smooth: ?

and the elevation "as high as an elephant flies" ?
