Alas, I'm at work, don't have my scrapbook, and my memory is shot. So I'm just going to blind guess the population is 350,000 and the elevation is 30,000 ft

I had seen the sign before, but never had noticed the population and elevation numbers. Of course, it immediately went into my "gotta ask that one" file in the brain!
