Parks Game! Part 6! Keep Playing! You Can't Stop Now!

No problem, Pam, although you did have me zipping on over to Mousesavers to check for an update that I may have missed!

To stay on topic, I'll say Horizons!

Yes, military free admissions would fall under "special promotions".

I know that Sea World and Busch Gardens are offering the free passes to military members and their families. Not surprising, since my home town company Anheuser-Busch has a long history of supporting the military. They also just donated $1 million to help spouses and children of those killed in Iraq war...setting up scholarship funds for the spouses and children. Not parks related, but pretty neat.

Still at least one more method... :)

Granny.... Age. Children under 3 are admitted for free. :) Also, are Disney Family members admitted for free?

:smooth:

MBabe....you hit on yet another one I had forgotten. Yes, children under 3 years old get in free! So, to update, the correct answers thus far are:

Work for Disney as CM or contractor (BluesT)
Get a freebie from Disney, probably for a faux pas (BluesT)
One hour shopping pass (MBabe)
Special promotions (Pam)
Tours (lacool)
Non-professional entertainment act (Pam)
Kids under three years old (MBabe)

MBabe...I honestly don't know if CM families get in for free. If someone can verify, I'll add it to the list.

I've still got one more. And I'll drag the question forward to keep people from having to page back:

Name the legitimate ways you can get inside the gates of a WDW park without paying admission.

And don't forget 1ABMinnie's question is still out there too! :)

Grannny.... this just keeps getting more difficult. How about if you or a family member gets hurt in a park?

Is this going to be a "major head slap" or is it going to be a "Wow I never knew that" ?

:p

CMs earn freebie passes they can give to family members I believe. That's actually what I meant with my first guess, but it could have been taken either way.

So my guess is... as a guest of a CM, or with a freebie pass from a CM family member? Is that it?

ps. I like magickndm's answer...

Yeah, hello. My name is iwannabeminnie and I'm with the County Health Department. I'm here to check out your kitchens and serving lines. I will also be inspecting Space Mountain while I am here. Oh yeah, and um Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, and Pirates of the Caribbean. You just uh, wanna open that gate for me please? Thanks.

gometros, you have a very nice looking daughter. I don't think she looks at all "dorky". But just in case she wants a second opinion I will ask my two sons (23 and 20) who are experts on which girls look dorky and which girls don't. Is the young man in the front your son?

Just remember that that picture is 3 1/2 years old already. She's much less dorky looking now :)

And yes, that is my soon to be 21-year old son in the front.

So much catching up to do between the Survivor thread and this one!

Good morning all....are there any morning beverages left??? I give up on the donuts though...those never last :)

Anyway...a belated happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there...

OK...now I've bee thninking about Granny's question...and the oly other ways I can think about getting into the Parks for free are:

1) Hide in the park after it closes...find a place to spend the night...and the next day is FREE!

2) Jump the turnstyle and RUN!

Are those close :p

OK...off to BTMRR...will check in later...

VIPs of attraction sponsors get free admission. That is how we got in one time. We were VIP's of GoodYear (I think that's who it was)

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY i CANNOT DELETE MY OWN POSTS???
tHIS IS THE THIRD TIME IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. hAS IT HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE?

Happy Mother's Day to all who qualify, a bit belated.

You could win a sweepstakes or something and get in free that way.

Bringing my question forward from 1,971 pages back (or something like that, maybe not quite that many).

Where in WDW could you have heard "Don't spend my money to buy me flowers or my picture in a frame."?

WBMinnie..... World of Motion, Horizons, Mission to Mars, Flight to the Moon, Timekeeper?

Hi everybody. I just got out of a 7 hour meeting...sorry I couldn't get back to respond to guesses in a more timely manner.

In case anyone's forgotten, I'm looking for ways to legitimately get inside a WDW park without paying admission fee. And I can add two more to the correct list:

Work for Disney as CM or contractor (BluesT)
Get a freebie from Disney, probably for a faux pas (BluesT)
One hour shopping pass (MBabe)
Special promotions (Pam)
Tours (lacool)
Non-professional entertainment act (Pam)
Kids under three years old (MBabe)
CM family members (MBabe)
Sponsor VIP's (pintrader)
Police or other officials (iwannabeminnie)

Higgs....uh, the key word is legitimate ways to get inside the gates free! :p

As for the last one I'm thinking of....
Is this going to be a "major head slap" or is it going to be a "Wow I never knew that" ?

MBabe....this is one that everyone knows. But it is a semi-trick question. And will probably get me a ride in the SP Black Monorail!

Granny, did you miss the one I posted about winning a sweepstakes or contest?

Not Mr. Toad, 20ooo Leagues, World of Motion, Horizons, Mission to Mars, Flight to the Moon, OR Timekeeper. Keep guessing.
