LOL! Ahhh... the great Bugs Bunny cartoons. Maybe this will narrow it down. If I recall correctly, the exact same line was used in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" when Eddie Valient was at the murder scene of RK Maroon. I think it was Eddie that said it too. Now I see everyone pulling out their copy of the movie and fast forwarding to that scene.
