Parks Game - Part 13 - Still PLAYING!

Right you are, CheshireSmile! One "Revved-Up" AAQ to you!

Woo hoo!!! Okay, this is my first attempt at a question and it's a two-parter. I have no idea how easy or hard it is, but it was told to me and I found it interesting and hadn't heard it before.

A car in the GMR has a license plate that reads 021-429, where is the car and what does the plate signify?

No rules on how hard or easy a question should be. Just that the question should pertain to the four WDW parks, and that you post the question in bold so that it's easy to find.

Oh, and that you ask a question only after getting an AAQ card.

And the answer is it refers to the Valentine's Day Massacre and I believe is in the sense with the gangsters.

Wow, guess it WAS easy!! I'm a history major so I'm always on the look-out for historical references at Disney. So a Super Quick Answer AAQ to you!!!

Love Disney history as well. I was a history major up until last semester...couldn't stand it anymore. Too many 15-page papers on stuff that I don't care about. Oh well. Now I'm public relations. I would LOVE to do event planning at WDW. However, if a spot ever opened up at the Disney Archive, I would apply in a heartbeat.

Here's a softball, sticking with TGMR (yeah...really original...I like to stay in one area) that could kinda be historical (or just for movie buffs...):

True or false: the plane used in the Casablanca scene is the exact same one used in the movie.

That would be False! It is a very popular Disney urban legend. The soundstage where that scene was filmed was not large enough to accommodate a full-sized plane. The scene was originally planed to be filmed on location with a real plane, but Casablanca filming began a few months after the attack on Pearl Harbor, and location filming particularly at airports or with planes was severely restricted.

(I know Mickey_Maniac beat me, but I decided to leave my post up anyhow. Yay Mickey_Maniac!)

Ya, but you had the actual history behind the answer (for all these history buffs...).

Y'all are right! And at the same time, too!

A "High-Flying" AAQ to both Mickey_Maniac and ChesireSmile!

OK, Staying at Disney Studios (I just can't call it DHS)...

I think this is gonna be a softball, but here goes...

What band was first approached about being part of Rock-n-Roller Coaster?

What is the name of the restuarant at the top of Tower of Terror

A top of the world AAQ to you mickey Maniac

Wow, I didn't think that was even close, guess I got lucky...

What was the first 3D film shown in the Imagination pavilion at Epcot?

I actually think Magic Journeys came first and then Captain EO...maybe?

tink85 is correct. Magic Journeys was the first film. It was replaced by Captain EO and moved to the Magic Kingdom.

A three dimensional AAQ to tink85...
