Parks and DTD Transportation to/from Dolphin????

I'll be travelling with a group in November to attend a conference at the Dolphin.

Do the WDW buses to the parks and Downtown Disney run consistently to the Swan and Dolphin like the other resorts on property?

Yes, they do. For the most part, they share a route with BW. Around midday, the buses can also stop at YC/BC. There are also boats to take you to DHS and Epcot, or you can walk.
