Parking @ The Swan

My sister and her family will be staying at the AKL while we are staying @ the Swan. Will they be able to park at the Swan and go over to the parks with us?
Is there a time limit for parking at the Swan for non-guests?

If they are guests at a Disney resort they may park without a problem a the Swan and DOlphin, just as you can park at any Disney resort without a problem.
