Parking situation in nearby hotels

Hello, we usually stay on-site but will be staying off-site on our next trip. We are driving down, so will need to park our car. We want to avoid valet parking for 2 reasons - we are planning on doing things other than Disney during the day, so want quick in-and-out access with our cars; and I used to live in LA and sometimes valet can be a nightmare in terms of how they treat the cars.

Seems like the parking situation can be hit or miss, I was wondering if I could get feedback on others who have stayed off-site with cars and which hotels have ample self-parking (if any?!). Here is a list of hotels we are considering at the moment:

Hyatt Place
Doubletree
Indigo
Springhill Suites (the one with CVS underneath)
Homewood Suites (the newer one)

I don't have any experience with those hotels but I've stayed at the Anaheim Marriott Suites which had self parking for $15 a day and free shuttle to the parks. I've also stayed at the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn which had free self parking.

A lot of the hotels with surface lots may be packed late at night. The Hilton Anaheim has a huge garage, but the upper floors are mostly empty. The hotel I stayed at last weekend had space, but many were parking outside of marked spaces anyways.
