Parking Question

Hello Disney Fans,

Will be off-site for our trip at the end of November. Looking to take DW to dinner on one of the nights to a Disney Restaurant.
Does anyone know where I can find parking information for Disney Restaurants that are not in the parks? For example I understand DD is free but if I choose a restaurant at one of the resorts or at the Boardwalk area there is a charge for parking.

Any feedback is appreciated.

There is no charge for self- parking at a Disney resort. Valet parking at the resorts that have it is $14-15 I think.

There is a charge for parking at the Swan and Dolphin resorts (they are not Disney resorts).

If you choose a resort that is near a theme park, you may be issued a 3 hour parking pass (to help ensure that you don't park at the resort and then go to the park to spend time). You may also be required to state at the "guard shack" that you have an ADR at a resort restaurant. If you don't have an ADR, whether or not they let you self-park will likely be determined by how busy it is and whether any special events are occurring in nearby parks.

We had dinner at the GF and the self-parking was full so we had to pay for valet parking. Most hotels you will get 3 hrs. free parking but be prepared just in case.

If you choose GF for your dinner, you might want to note that I think they have the worst self-parking lot in all of WDW. It's across the street from the resort, and half of it seems to be cast parking, so it fills up fast.

I just wanted to mention at the Boardwalk they have a specifc parking lot for guests just going there to eat and it's located to the left of the guard shack once you get past there.
