We are getting questions about parking. Some of our family is staying off property and are wondering if they will have to pay to park at the Contemporary for the luncheon we have planned. Also, they will drive to the Wedding Pavilion for the wedding. Will they need to pay for parking there?

They will not have to pay for self parking at the Contemporary or the Grand or Wedding Pavillion. When they get to the MK ticket booth, they just need to tell the person@ the booth where they are going. If they were going to MK they would pay the $8 or so. There is a charge if they choose to valet the car at either the Grand or the Contemporary.

There is also a backway to come in, to get to CR and GF/WP - from the Epcot area, you go back by Coronado, make a left @ the T stop, and come all the way down and it puts you out past the MK lot.

Or the other alternative back route is up past Fort Wilderness from Downtown Disney that takes you just ahead of the MK parking booth gates and on to the The Wedding Pavilion.
