Parking Question-Non DVC Stay

Do I have to pay for parking if I am not staying on DVC points? I think I do but I am not sure. We are staying at the Poly Club level next week.

Members don't have to pay the daily resort parking fee when staying at a DVC Resort (regardless of payment method).
Members don't have to pay the daily resort parking fee when using points to stay at a non-DVC resort through the Disney Collection.

All others stays are subject to the daily resort parking fee.

Parking isn't a membership extra. It is paid for by dues and attaches to the real estate interest. Because you are not in a DVC unit or paying with points, you pay parking.
