We had debated between Park 'n Cruise and Cruise Parking of Port Canaveral. We returned yesterday and wound up going with Cruise Parking of Port Canaveral. What friendly people! Their lot is about 10-15 minutes from the port in Cocoa (not Cocoa Beach, its actually a different town). Very easy process - they came to our car, took out the luggage, parked our car in their fenced, gravel lot, and we paid. Waited about 10 minutes for the van to be ready to go while our boys watched a movie and drew on their chalkboard wall. We were dropped off right at the port entrance. On the way to the port we passed the Park 'n Cruise lot. Park 'n Cruise is right off the highway (whereas Cruise Parking of PC was down a local road off the highway, but still easy to get to). Park 'n Cruise would probably be about 5 minutes shorter travel time to the port. Both places looked equally secure to me.
When we arrived back from the cruise, all we had to do was call their number to let them know we had arrived. We waited about 15 minutes for the driver. During that time we saw only one Park 'n Cruise shuttle pull up, so both companies probably have similar wait times. CP of PC uses a 15 passenger van with a little trailer for luggage. Park 'n Cruise had a shuttle bus, which looked nicer. But the bus was packed with people, and there were families that had to wait for the next one. Our family of 4 was the only passengers in the CP of PC van. Upon return to the lot someone took our keys and fetched the car while the driver unloaded the luggage, then put it in our trunk. And off we went. Super smooth, and all the employees were friendly and appreciative of our business. I think both Park 'n Cruise and CP of PC would be good choices, and we would likely choose CP of PC again.
