Sorry if this has been asked but I could not find it. We have been to IOA before. When we arrived they offered preferred parking for an additional fee. Is there a difference in preferred and regular? It seemed to me it was a lower level? We are going this year with someone who can not do a lot of walking. Would this save her from that long walk to the gates? Any advice? Thanks everyone!

Preferred parking does not necessarily get you closer. It just guarantees that you will be on level 3 so you won't need to take an elevator or escalator. If you need to be close, either do valet parking which is the closest or drop the person off at guest drop off/pickup and then go park the car. There are also wheelchairs to rent in the parking hub before you get to Citywalk.
