Does Disney Resorts offer free parking if you have a handicap card or tags? We have a car with handicap tags and a card and will be checking into Pop Century on Sept 10th for 8 days.
Also do you know if Cabana Bay at Universal offers free parking?

Disney offers free valet parking at their resorts for vehicles with a valid disabled placard/tag/plate. But I don't recall if Pop offers valet - they probably do.

All WDW-owned resorts will waive the overnight parking fee if you have HA plates or placard. Just check your folio before leaving to be sure. Valet is also free at the resorts offering valet - which is only some of the deluxe resorts.

And to verify I've stayed at POP multiple times since they added parking fees, and yes our fees were always waived.

It is not common in Orlando to have the fees waived even though they do in many other parts of Florida. I believe why Disney does it is because they are a popular destination for those with special needs and while they have the required number of H/A spots they definitely do not have enough. It's easier to waive the fee than listen to complaints of paying for something you aren't getting.
