We have never stayed off property before. If we have dining reservations are we able to park at the Resort? Is there a parking fee?

No parking fee, unless you pay to valet the car. There is a three hour limit on parking though for guests who are not staying at that specific resort.

I'd also allow some extra time to find a space. We drove to a few ADRs and some places have very limited parking.

And be prepared in case you aren't allowed to park at the resort. I have only been turned away once with a valid ADR. I had an ADR for dinner at CR, and they happened to have a large convention in house and weren't allowing any one but guests at the resort to park there, period. Even valet wasn't an option that particular day. I was told I would have to park at MK parking and ride the monorail in. This was prior to the cancellation fee, so I just called and cancelled the ADR and went home instead, because I would have been late for the ADR if I took the time to go to the alternate parking. This is typically only an issue at resorts within walking distance of parks during busy seasons, but since you didn't mention when you are visiting, I wanted you to be aware that it is a possibility.
