Parking for Goofy's Kitchen

My niece will be joining us for dinner at Goofy's. Does she just park in the Downtown Disney parking?
 
I believe you can get your parking validated at the DLH if you eat at Goofy's but downtown disney is a good option as well since you can park there for free up to 3 hours.
