parking for Epcot to MK

I'm thinking about how to plan for our last day (early Jan). Our flight leaves at 4:50 from MCO and we'll have a car. Thinking of packing up the night before and in the morning driving to....Epcot? TTC? Spend about 2 hours or so in FW of Epcot and then monorail over to MK for lunch (noon at CP). Monorail back to Epcot or TTC for car? Is that super complicated? Or would it be 'easier' to drive to Studios that morning, again spend a few hours, and then drive over to Epcot to do a bit in FW. I'm trying to avoid the car hassle as much as possible. Thanks!

I would drive the car to TTC. Then to Epcot, then ride back to TTC then to MK. No moving car.

Dumb question but what time does the monorail start running from the ttc? We'd like to be there for rd if possible. Thanks---I like the idea of not moving the car lol

We'd like to be there for rd if possible.

There is no longer a rope drop. The turnstiles usually open about 15-30 minutes before the official opening, depending on expected crowd level.
