Parking for City Walk?

If you just want to go to CW to eat and look around, must you park in the main garage and pay the $15?

If you go after 6 pm it is $5. If you go after 10 pm it is free.

I made that mistake the first time and realized that I could have just done the valet since we were only there for two hours. It cost the same amount (maybe slightly less if you go at a specific time?) and with the valet you don't have to walk that incredibly long parking garage!

Has anyone done the valet at CityWalk?

Florida Residents are Free after 6 pm with proof of residency.

There's no park in Florida that I know of that makes you pay again on the same day,just keep your receipt and show it again.
