parking for a visit

Does Universal have a setup like Disney
that allows you to park somewhere for a
few hours (for free) to visit a hotel or eat at one of their restaurants?

I believe you would have to pay to park at any of the Universal hotels, however, the main Universal parking garage is free after 6:00 p.m. for all the CityWalk restaurants. If you wanted to eat at one of the hotels you could walk to CityWalk from the main parking garage and then take a boat (free) to one of the hotels.
