Parking Fee at Grand Californian

I was looking at booking GCH after our cruise in Oct. It says that a $15 parking fee would be added to your hotel bill when you stay there. I won't have a car. Will they still charge me? We will be getting two rooms - that is a very expensive parking fee-$60 for not parking a car!!

They ask you at check in if you are parking a car. You would just say no.
