Parking Costs at DL Hotels Mandatory?

Just wondering, I have made a booking to stay at Pixar Pier Hotel for two nights and it says on the booking that a $40 a night parking charge will be due and payable upon checkin. Do you have to pay this regardless of wether you have a car or not, is it like a resort fee. Won't have a car and don't want to pay this if I don't have to.

Nope, parking is per car. No car = no parking charge.
