Parking before AP pickup?

We bought a seasonal home in Florida and plan on getting the Florida resident pass. I know the Proof that we have to show but now my question revolves around parking. If I purchase the passes online, I know I have to go to guest services to validate. I assume I could show the receipt for free parking. However, if I choose to just go directly to guest services I would have to pay to park. Would I get reimbursed or is it best to just buy online first to avoid the parking fee?

my friend got reimbursed when she came before getting her ticket she showed GR her recipes from parking that day and she got $20 back or is you have the certificate from your AP just how the ticket booth this and they should let you in. I would not worry about making a stop at DS unless you are going to anyways

Make sure you have your ID with you. They might check it at the parking lot and will need it to get your passes.

Just as a note - you don't have to get the refund of the parking cost right away. My husband and I had the same issue and when we went through the turnstiles and headed for Guest Relations, the line was very long so we just pocketed the receipt and went about our day. We didn't get reimbursed until we were back near the International Gateway and used Guest Relations there since they are almost never crowded.

UPDATE: We went yesterday and showed the parking attendant our Will Call and she waved us through. Then we validated our passes and they gave us the 13 month for the 45th Anniversary!
