Parking At YYZ

So I used to be a pretty staunch supporter of parking in the GTAA value garage - covered parking, easy access to T1 and T3 via the terminal link. But the price has had increases to the point where it's actually cheaper to use Park N Fly valet parking. Which I had resisted using since I had a few bad experiences with PnF economy parking (namely, waiting way too long for shuttles to and from).

I do have to say that I really like the valet parking but I'm curious if anyone has other suggestions for offsite parking? For example, how are shuttles to and from the Doubletree etc.

I have used hotels in the past with the park, sleep and fly options with varying results. Depends on length of stay on parking and shuttles to airport can be busy or run infrequently. Check the hotel address online as some are not that close to the airport and you'd have to allow additional time for travel to and from the airport.

This last trip in January we used park and fly valet. The only problem was the clerk tried to charge more than my reservation stated when we picked up the car. One short conversation with the manager corrected that. You'll get a better price online but make sure you print off the quote and keep the paperwork with you.

It does. I always try to keep a hard copy with me just in case the situation you had comes up. Never hurts to have that on hand.

I fly out of YVR (so not the same airport obviously) but we always use PnF Valet service, it's great at the Vancouver airport, never had issues and coupons for discounts are super easy to find online!

I always use the Self Park, one below the Valet Park & Fly. Never had any concerns and the buses run frequently.
