Parking at WDW Question

Is the parking price the same all day? I know if you pay to park you can leave and come back by just showing your receipt but if say you only go to a park in the evening, is it less? For example, you are staying off site, you take the hotel shuttle to AK, you shuttle back to the hotel when you're done, take a nap, and then want to drive to MK to see fireworks. Would it cost the same to park in the evening?

Yes, it would. There is no discount for parking.....

Ok thanks. I just remembered a couple of years ago going to DTD in CA with a friend who is an AP holder so parking is free anyway but there was no on manning the parking garage. But that was probably because it was really close to park closing time and the only thing open was DTD.

If you go close to park closing time most times the booths are closed so you don't have to pay.
