What do you do when you arrive at Vero Beach? Is there a CM waiting to help you unload your car or should we just go park the car and unload? Should we check in and then park the car so we find out where our villa is?

Do they have valet parking there?

Sorry for all the questions - this will be our first time there!

The guard at the front gate will direct you to park right in front of the main building. From there you will walk inside and the check-in is on your left. When you check-in the CM will give you detailed instructions and a map indicating what building you will be located in and where to park your car. Once there you can get luggage assistance if needed. There's nothing complicated about it. Vero's a great resort. Enjoy.

Not only is the parking underground for both the villas and the Inn, but luggage carts are readily available in the garage areas. Check-in and get your room key, park your car in the underground parking of the appropriate building, roll a luggage cart over to the trunk, load it up, and roll over to the elevator to take your gear upstairs to your unit. All quite convenient.

The only exception applies for visitors staying in beach cottages. If you're so lucky to have a beach cottage stay booked, you can either borrow a luggage cart from the Inn or ask for luggage assistance to help move you in.

That's great news about the luggage carts being readily available in the garage. That just answered my question about just how difficult it was going to be to get our luggage and groceries up to our villa.

We didn't rent a car on our trip to BCV(had the town car svc make a grocery stop) and I remember just having a CM wheel our stuff up...
