Parking at USF, still have preferred?

Hi Everyone

It's been a couple of years so I have a couple of questions!

Can anyone tell me the current prices to park in the deck at Universal?

Do they still have the preferred/closer parking option?

The regular parking fee is $14.00 for the day and the Preferred parking is about $5.00 more I believe. I haven't paid for the Preferred parking in a long time so I haven't been paying attention.

Preferred will put you on level 3 of the parking garage and will save you the trouble of taking the escalator/elevator or stairs but doesn't really get you any closer to the parks.

If you want to get closer, you should probably do Valet which will put you out right beside the theater. Valet is something like $22.00 for the entire day and $12.00 for under three hours...so something like that.

THAT's what the difference was. haha I parked Preferred recently and could not even figure out how it was different.

Thanks too for the tip about valet - that's much better than preferred I think. Have a relative with MS and I try to save her as many steps as possible
