Parking at Universal Hotels w/HP Placard

I am back with another question for your expertise. I am heading to USF and staying on property there, Royal Pacific. I plan to self park and have an HP placard from MA.

I was told that self parking is no charge or that they waive the charge at the end of stay - is this true/ Anyone have any experience with this?

is it similar to wdw where you can valet park w/o a charge?
