Parking at the Resorts

Does Disney charge if you are a guest of the resort for parking? Also, if you are staying at a resort do they charge if you decide to drive and park at the theme parks?

No charge for parking at resorts or theme parks for resort guests. Dolphin does charge though.

You have to pay at the Swan and Dolphin.
