I'm not sure if you actually mean the DCL terminal when you say pier...but in case you are, parking is $10 a day. And I'm referring to the parking that is directly across from the DCL terminal. Hope this helps you!

Do you need to reserve a spot? Parents are crusing out of Tampa this March and they are reserving their parking spot.

$10 per day, you don't reserve a spot it is first come first served. There is plenty of parking, all pretty much close, so you won't have a problem at all.
