I have been reading all the posts about parking at resorts and the 3 hour pass and getting towed etc.

We are planning on visiting the Boardwalk and the Boardwalk area hotels. We are going to be well over 3 hours. We want to eat at our fave Beaches & Cream and then we will be exploring the area. We have done this many times in the past with no problems.

Since there is no official Boardwalk Visitors Parking area, is it possible that they may tow us then??? We always park in the area they tell us to, the guest visitors parking lots and they've never given us a 3-hr pass before.

I sure don't want to worry about being towed while we are enjoying the Boardwalk area!

We will be staying offsite so we won't have a parking pass in the window.

You can also valet park at the BW for $6 and you won't be limited on the amount of time you can park.

I did PM you with another alternative.

There is guest parking at the boardwalk...it is across the street...you see it as you exit.

Last year, we were allowed to park with no problem. When we approached the gate, we just told the security that we were wanting to explore the Boardwalk - he let us on through. We weren't given a pass or told we had a time limit. Maybe it was because it was late afternoon, I am not sure. We also parked at Beach Club to eat at Beaches and Cream on that same trip, and we were allowed right in to park - maybe they have changed it within the last year, though.
