Parking at SSR?

Does anyone know what the parking arrangements will be at Saratoga Springs? I'm assuming the lots will be far from the buildings, as it is at Boardwalk, etc., rather than next to the buildings a la Old Key West.

Does anybody have any info on this for sure? We took the tour recently and I really like the decor at SSR but hubby definitely prefers the parking at OKW. Unless the parking arrangements at SSR are better than BWV, I'm betting our next trip will be back to OKW (love the spacious rooms and really like the decor there, too).

I thought that there would be several parking lots, one at each building. So similar to OKW, yet not right outside your door.

Yes, this is what we have been told. Although not quite as convenient as OKW {our favorite and our home resort since 1992} but they will be walkable from your car with your luggage.

I just got the 04 Birnbaum book for my B'day and it said the parking at SSR would be the same as OKW

Parking at SSR willbe similar to OKW in that there will be a parking lot next to each building.

Parking at SSR will be different than OKW in that there will be 46 villas in each building with a possibility of 70 individual rooms counting lock-offs.

Here is a photo of building #1. The parking area is immediately in front of the building in this photo. The balconies are all on the other side and ends of the building.

I had a very interesting talk with our guide about SSR and the parking came up too. He's a true OKW devotee (only on-site DVC resort he stays at), and said that he's considering that he may stay at SSR too because it has so many similarities to OKW. Among the similarities, he mentioned parking.
