Parking at Night

We are looking to hit up CityWalk a few times, including a day that we are not going to be at the parks. We will be coming from Epcot at around 9:30PM. Do we still need to pay for parking? I thought it used to be free parking after a certain time, but looking at the website, it doesn't seem clear. Specifically, we are looking at October 30th. It says parking is $5 on HHN, but we aren't going for that. Any ideas?

Parking at Citywalk is more expensive on an HHN night. It will be $5 after 8 pm. Doesn't matter if you are going to HHN or not.

On hard ticket event nights (regardless of your participation) parking fees are regular until 8pm then drops. Before 8pm the fee is $17.00 but after 8pm it's only $5.00.
