This is sort of a longshot... for anyone with experience departing from Manchester, NH...

How plentiful is the on-site parking? We are leaving for our great WDW trip during NH's spring break week and i'm worried about showing up to the airport with my two kids, no other adult, and discovering that the parking lots are all full!!

This happened to us back in Chicago once and we missed our flight.

Anyone?:confused3

We fly somewhere almost every February and April vacation here in NH and have never had a problem parking - we normally park at the Highlander hotel (on the airport road just before the airport parking areas). Highlander is about $8/day. Stop at building to pay, follow shuttle to parking sport, it picks you up at your car and brings you over to airport (only takes a couple of minutes).

We've always parked in a lot with no problems. We travel all different times of year.

April, May, December, January, February, March, September and October.

Like I said... never NOT found a spot!

There are five long-term parking lots at Manchester but not all of them are always open. Lots C and D on the airport map (http://www.flymanchester.com/about/parking.php) are generally open with the three others open as needed. The airport shuttle buses are fairly frequent. You won't have any problem finding a reasonably priced parking spot at the airport.

Thanks everyone - that's a relief! I'm glad to hear that it won't be a problem!!

I highly recommend the Highlander Hotel. The shuttle leads you to your parking spot, picks you up at your car (unloads your suitcases for you!!) and brings you to the terminal. WHen you get back home, simply call them and they are there to pick you up right outside. They bring you back to your car. $8 a day plus tip is a steal for that kind of service.

We too also love the Highlander. we park there every time. You can make a parking reservation for April school vacation week.

We've parked at the Highlander with no trouble. The service is very good. The best deal is if you need a hotel room the night before you leave. They have a park and fly that is really a pretty good deal.

The shuttle to the Highlander is generally about as quick as the shuttle to the outside parking lots. You can also park in the covered garage but the prices are fairly steep, especially if you are going for a whole week.

We went last April during NH's spring break and there were plenty of parking spots at the aiport garage. Yes it's more expensive but love the convenience.
