parking at DLR

hi

is there good signage around to direct us to the Mickey & Friends parking structure? which entrance or turn-off do we need to take to get to this parking garage.

Also, we may head to DTD for a bit on our first night. where is the parking for that? is it called "downtown disney parking" and is there good signage to find this? Which entrance or turn-off do we need to take to get to this parking lot.
also. if we plan to eat at Trader Sams, and then do some shopping, how long do we get to park without paying?

There is fairly good signage that will tell you what exit to take when getting off the freeway. If you're heading south on I-5, you'll probably want to look for the signs that say "Disneyland Drive" if you want the off ramp that will take you to the structure. There are actually several exits that will get you to Disneyland, just not that depending on which exit you take, you might directed to the Toy Story lot.

You'll take the same exit off the freeway, but instead of heading left at the split, stay to the right. The overhead signs are fairly clear. Stay on Disneyland Drive until you reach Magic Way, then make a right and then a left into the DTD lot.

When you are on Disneyland Dr, look for the bypass / flyover on the left. If the green arrows are lit, use it. If you stay on Disneyland dr thru the light at Ball Rd they may redirect you to Toy Story. Not to mention it could take you several turns of the light to get thru.
