If you are staying onsite they will give you a parking permit to put on the dash of your car that is good wherever there is a parking fee. The four theme parks charge for parking if you are not staying at an onsite hotel but there is no charge at the water parks, DTD or mini golf places. I believe it is a daily charge of around $7.
If you are not staying at a Disney Resort and you do not have an Annual Pass parking at the four major parks is $7.00 per day. You are allowed in-and-out and switching privledges; just show your parking pass when returning to a park or going to another park on the same day and tehre is no additional fee.
Also, if you purchased your tickets at AAA or if you booked your package through AAA, you should have received a AAA Diamond Parking Card (most AAA should participate).
You still have to pay to park however, the AAA Diamond Section of the parking lot is right next to handicapped parking which will allow you to walk to the front gate and avoid taking the tram (just one more line to stand in!)
