Parking at CR

We are a group of 12 staying offsite with a PS at Chef Mickeys for 6:20 PM. Would it be possible for us to park at the Contemporary after afternoon naps (4 of us are toddlers) and take the monorail to MK and back for the dinner? The we could leave from CR (after hopefully viewing the fireworks) instad of going back to the park and fighting the crowds. What do you think. How long can we leave the cars at the CR with the PS at 6:20?

The earliest you'd probably be allowed to park at the Contemporary for a 6:20 ps, is 6:00pm. They will only issue you a 3 hour parking pass. Because so many people have used the CR parking lot to sneak into the MK, they have become very strict. I think your best choices are parking at the TTC and just take the monorail from the CR after dinner. There'd be no need to go back into the park. If you do drive your car to the resort, you're going to need to be mindful of that 3 hour limit, which may effect your ability to stay and watch the fireworks.

If you plan on spending a bunch of time at the MK, it would be much better for you to park at the TTC and take the monorail to and from CR. When people who are not staying at CR park there, it takes up parking places for the guests who are staying there. It's a real problem for the resort guests.
