We will arrive in Orlando approx 7:20 am and hopefully be at Disney by 8:30 or so..............if all goes well. My question is we are booked in at the CR for that night. Can we go straight to the resort? or do we have to wait until 3pm to park there? I don't even care about taking bags and such out since we are only staying there one night. How does this work? Thanks in advance for your help. Also do you have to pay for parking?

As long as you have a reservation there for that night you can park there anytime that day. When they say check in is at 3pm that only means you are guarnteed a clean room by 3pm. You can actual check in anytime that morning, if there is a room ready they will give it to you, if there is not one clean then they will pre-register you giving you everything but the room number (and then you would check back after 3pm to get the room #). So to answer your question yes you can park there in the morning since you are checking in that day.

No there is no charge for parking. When you come through the MK toll plaza just let them know you are checking into the Contemporary and they will let you through. When you get to the hotel there is only a charge for valet parking, self parking is free.

They will also store you luggage and bring it to your room for you. I would go straight to the resort, check in and drop off the bags. stick the parking pass in the window, park and since you will be in the parking lot, walk to MK if that is the park you are going to.
