We always park at the Econo Park Express lot. We find them to be cheaper than parking directly at the airport. They have nice, clean shuttles that take you to/from the airport and very friendly drivers. They use to offer you a newspaper and bottle of water, too, but I don't recall being offered either last time we used them. The only downside would be that parking is not covered but if you don't mind having your car exposed to the elements (and we don't), I'd highly recommend them. I also recommend making a reservation. Reservations are not required but they can turn you away if their lot is full and you don't have a reservation. We are using them again in November.
We are going pretty much the same time, except leaving Friday night
We usually fly out of PHL but occassionally use BWI. We have always parked at the Fastpark Blue lot with good results. Can anyone confirm if this is now the Fast Park and Relax lot? I think they renamed them and I just want to make sure I have the right one since we haven't flown out of BWI in a few years.

We just park at BWI long term A or B . Its not covered parking, but cheap @ $8. per day and secure . They have a lot of shuttle bus depots scattered throughout the parking area's. The wait is never long for a shuttle. Works for us.
I've used both Econo Park and PreFlight Parking. Both are excellent as far as service and price. They both have coupons on their websites. I've never had to wait for a shuttle at either one, no matter how early or late my flight has been.
