Parking at BC ?

We will be arriving at the BC on Nov 7th via ME. My parents will be in Florida and they are going to bring us a vehicle to use during our stay. When we check in what will we need? I'm assuming we will need the vehicle description and licence plate number. Thanks for any help.

Theyll ask if you need a parking permit, you say yes. Have a good trip

They just ask if you need a permit, they do not record information about the car.
