We have an ADR for beaches and cream. Can we park there just for dining? Really don’t want to bus to Epcot, walk all the way through the park and then to BC as hot as it is right now.
Yes, guests with an ADR are allowed to use the resort parking for "up to 3 hours" (they don't rigidly enforce the actual time, but they could turn you away if you arrive "too soon" before your ADR).
I just did this in May. I arrived at BC about 30 minutes prior to my dining reservation, showed the guard my ID, and he pulled up the reservation to double check. I had no problem whatsoever. I had just enough time to leisurely walk to B&C and do the online check in for the reservation.
I will add that we arrived over an hour before our reservation and he absolutely checked it because I thought it was in my name but my son made it and he kept looking until he found it. He never mentioned or told us about a time restriction or anything just said enjoy and told us where to go.

We arrived almost an hour and a half early and he saw the time and confirmed it. He also never mentioned any time limit. I guess if they were planning on enforcing a limit they would definitely have to tell you. Maybe depends on how full the lot is which it was very empty looking to me. (Compared to past trip that we stayed there)
