Parking/Admission for Citiwalk?

We have a Disney vacation coming up and are considering going to Citiwalk on a non-park day to walk around, maybe eat at Margaritaville. We are a family of four with DS ages 18 and 14, so no nightlife partying, just dinner and walking around.

I've only stayed onsite at US/IOA HRH and PBR. I don't know if I have to pay admission and/or parking to Citiwalk. I've seen $6 passes and $19 dinner packages advertised but not sure if that includes parking.

Any info greatly appreciated.

Until 6PM parking is $16.00 in the garage but drops to $5.00 after 6PM. Other than cover charges to the clubs, there is no other admission to CityWalk.
