Parkhopper's Pin Party Recap

Hi Everyone!
We had a nice little pin meet yesterday here in Rockville Maryland. It was a smaller meet, but that was pretty much what I had expected with the short notice and so many people heading down to WDW for the 999 Happy Haunts event. We had between 25 and 30 people attend, with a nice mix of new faces and old friends! It is always a good time when Disney people get together for some fun! We had mystery pin trades, guess the number of pin backs in a glass, and limited edition pin Bingo for activities. There seemed to be a fair amount of trading going on and certainly plenty of people talking about their recent trips and upcoming trips to the parks! We would like to thank everyone who came to the pin party and we look forward to the next time! Oh, and Ruthie did get her "meetballs". Would it really be a Parkhopper Pin Meet without them?

Yes, I did make the Parkhopper meet. Two in a row! Everything fell together at the last minute for a conference here in DC and just so happened it was the same weekend (no this was not planned at all LOL)

It was a alot of fun and some may be able to stay the deluxe resort, I get the Parkhopper Towncar Service (did you find your way home OK Vince )

More great fun with friends and food, and pins of course (you notice I put pins third)!

It was great seeing Deb--what a surprise!!!---we did miss some regulars like Dom of course, and James and Linda, and too many others to mention, but there's always next time!

The meatballs were just to die for--thanks Vince!!!

I am so sorry I had to miss it!! It sounds like you all had a great time. And It has been a year since I traded a pin.


But meeting our future son in Russia was a good excuse!
